As a Commercial Manager / Snr Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor for WBHO / Kalcon Saverio Natal executed the following projects in respect of water and Infrastructure Development.
CONSTRUCTION OF ADVANCED INFRASTRUCTURE CIVIL WORKS AT POLIHALI AND KATSE – LESOTHO HIGHLANDS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (LESOTHO)
Civil works, Mechanical Works (Water and Wastewater), Bulk Electrical Works and Bulk Telecommunications Works
DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACT FOR PUMP STATION 4.1 AND ASSOCIATED WORKS MINISTRY OF MINERALS, ENERGY AND WATER RESOURCES (BOTSWANA)
Pressurise the existing NSC 1 pipeline transferring water to Mmamashia Water Treatment Plant from Dikgathong and Letsibogo dams. Works involved civil works for various water tanks and the pump station, brickwork, structural steel, SCADA and associated telemetry works.
PHAKALANE ESTATE (THOBO HAMLET RESIDENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURE)-BOTSWANA
Infrastructure Development consisting of industrial, residential and golf estate. The Development comprised of 8.2 km of road with double seal surfacing and Kerbs, 110 m of road with interlocking block surfacing, 3.9 km of concrete lined storm water drains and culverts, 6.0 km of sewerage reticulation and a pump station, 7.7 km of water reticulation pipe work ranging from 90mm to 400mm Upvc pipes, 21 km of communication and power cable ducting 50 to 160mm including joint boxes, 8.2 km of street lighting , HV and LV electrical reticulation. Construction of a brick Security wall and gate house.
NTIMBALE TREATMENT WORKS, BOTSWANA – WATER AFFAIRS BOTSWANA
Contract consisted of a Flocculation Chamber, Clarifiers, filter room, pump station, reservoir, chlorination building and administration buildings. Water for works is pumped via 15km long 400mm diameter pipeline from Ntimbale Dam on the Tati River. Water feed into an elevated buffer tank located at the works on the Treatment Plant. Water flows into a 7.9Ml reservoir and distribution pump stations feeds the distribution network supplying 52 villages

Construction of the 26 million m3 Capacity rollcrete / Concrete and clay dam with a height of 34m.
