A Civil Engineering Geotechnologist with over 23 years’ experience contracts, contractual and commercial management, claims management, procurement, operational management, cost control, cost, and revenue reporting. Saverio was seconded to the Motheo Copper Mine [Sandfire Resources] Construction team for 18 months and also worked for a major, roads, earthworks, and civils contractor [WBHO Construction] and its subsidiary [Kalcon] in Botswana, Zimbabwe, Republic De’ Guinee, Ghana, and Lesotho for 22 years.
Saverio has remarkable experience in piling, foundation systems and geotechnical engineering works earned while working for Geo-Franki / Franki Pile [Zimbabwe] in the early years of his career.
Saverio holds a National Diploma – Civil Eng- Geotechnology from Harare Polytechnic and is Registered with ERB Botswana.

He is a Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience within the construction, roads, earthworks, civils, and mining infrastructure sector.
Lone has practice experience as a EPCM Quantity Surveyor, Construction Quantity Surveyor managing contractual and commercial issues, procurement, estimations, valuations, measurement, change management, site management, site supervision, production, contract pre-measurement, pre-contract, and contract planning.
Lone has worked for KKR Projects on a secondment to JDS Energy and Mining Inc, WBHO Construction through its Botswana subsidiary [Kalcon].
Lone holds a Bsc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Institute of Botswana Quantity Surveyors (IBQS) and registering as a Professional QS with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Council of Botswana (QSRC).

Holds a Baccalaureus Technologiae Degree in Quantity Surveying from the university of Johannesburg, a Magister Technologiae Degree in construction management from the university of Johannesburg and a Diploma in Quantity surveying from Bulawayo polytechnic.

Desmond has a decade of experience in Engineering and Construction.
Before joining Vonwich, Desmond had previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor with ABP Consult Ltd, a leading engineering consulting firm in Ghana. Desmond has also worked for WBHO Ghana Ltd as a Cost and Project Planner (Scheduler) where he played key roles in completing mine infrastructure projects within time and budget. Thereafter he has had valuable experience after working as a Project Manager on the construction of the Bank of Ghana head office project and a Cost Engineer for Cardinal Resources for the Construction of the Namdini Gold Project.
Desmond’s experience ranges from Residential, Healthcare, Office fit-outs, Commercial building, Earthworks and Mine Infrastructure.
